This is our policies about pre-sales quick-customizes, maintenance of your home if you accidentally mess the home and others customizes by request.Before today our policy does not allow customizes and help if you messe your home after the pre-sales.
Pre-Sales
We don’t charge pre-sales quick modifications in any circumstance.Quick customizes means anything that will not take more then 15 minutes of our time.Also we can rezz your home at your land for free.Please, if you need installation and/or quick customs, you must add the person who sold the home for you as friend, then give modifications rights.To give modifications rights: Highlight the name of the person that you added as friend on the Contact List then click on checkbox that’s contais a hand with a cube.Also, dont forget to turn off ORB security systems and ban lines at your land.Then send a teleport.
Techinical Support
If you send to us some doubt that you can find at the read me notecard of your home (the notecard is inside your retail package) or can be found at our web-site we will not answer to you so easy.We probally will send to you this blog entry and if you still don’t wanna waste your time reading the notecard and wanna make us waste our time, ok, pay us L$ 2000 and you will receive 15 minutes to ask anything you need and we can go to your land in person.
Maintenance in accidentally damaged homes after pre-sales

1) If you accidentally mess your home for any reason you are able to delete your own home and rezz a new one at anytime as many times as it necessary.
2) If you move from your current land for a new land you can delete your home at the previous land and rezz a new home at your new land.
Thats the culture of this kind of market.
We have the habit to create tutorial videos and all of our homes also comes with detailed instructions, however some customers don’t wanna waste a time reading the insctructions, protecting the home for accidentally damages and others.Ok, don’t wanna waste your time ? So, Pay Us 
Someone will need to waste a time.If us, someone need to pay the bills because the time that we will waste with you is less time to create new home models and give attention to new sales.Fair enough, right ?
So, if you agree with this, the price to fix your home is L$ 2000.Its basically include a delete of your current home and rezz a new one and restore the quick customizes made on the pre-sales.If your home have others customizes mades by you or someone else and you don’t wanna loose the mods we will study if is possible to repair your home without loose the customizes.This can increate the price.For each 15 minutes of time spent is L$ 2000 and also money may not be enough.Our availability must be considered too.
Custom at our homes
To be very honest and clear, we really don’t have interest in custom works.Each 15 minutes of our time is L$ 2000.So, it means 8000 L$ per hour.This price is really not fair and we potentially advice you to search for a builder that’s accept custom jobs.However if you can pay this and have totally sure about what are you doing, call us.
