Yes ! There is a duel between Henry Grumiaux and Rafaella Schumann running on ! It’s about build a beach home around 300 prims and price range of 3000 and 4000 L$.Rafa finished before Henry ! This is the Rafa’s Model !

Geez ! This home was a real challenge to us ! Very complicated to create this one.We started in the end of the last year.Then paused for some months,resumed,paused.We almost gave up about this project.But we finished and was a very ellegant home.
